• Service prices do not include VAT (where applicable by law).
• The Website Management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
• Eligibility to use the Website is limited to individuals aged 18 or older, with a valid payment method and an active email address.

Cancellations and Changes to Services

• Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with consumer protection laws.
• A service may be canceled with at least 30 days’ prior notice before the end of the engagement.
• An order may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
• No refunds will be given for services that have already been provided.
• The Website reserves the right to cancel a service with prior notice, without liability for damages.
