Introduction
DM Property Management is committed to promoting accessibility in order to enable people with disabilities and special needs to access and use the services we offer in a convenient and equal manner. We strive to ensure accessibility for all our customers on our website and through our service channels.

Approximately 15% of the population in Israel experiences difficulties accessing the internet, including individuals with visual impairments, hearing impairments, motor disabilities, elderly individuals, and others.

In order to provide professional and accessible service to everyone, we have implemented the necessary accessibility adjustments on our website, in accordance with the Israeli Accessibility Standard and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013 (Section C: Internet Services).
Our website complies with Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Accessibility on the site is optimized for commonly used browsers.

The company operates digitally and provides services remotely. When needed, an accessible meeting can be arranged in advance בהתאם to the client’s needs.
